Peruzzi Buick & GMC is in search of an Internet Coordinator. This position's main responsibility is setting appointments for prospective customers to meet with our Product Specialist. Internet Sales Coordinators work in a friendly, upbeat, modern dealership with the latest technology. Automotive Internet Coordinator Responsibilities:

We will teach you to respond to customer's general questions about the purchase or lease of vehicles. No sales involved!

Your responsibilities include following up with the prospective customers via phone, text, or email (there is no cold calling!).

Setting appointments for prospective customers to meet with a member of our sales staff.

Tracking communication with customers in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.

Automotive Internet Coordinator Requirements:

Customer service skills

Upbeat Personality!

Basic computer knowledge -- email, general internet navigation, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Call center experience is helpful, but not necessary

Working on occasional evenings and Saturdays may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
